This is my conspiracy theory side jumping out. I firmly believe that there are rules to what the powerful people are able to do and when they are able to do it. That statement is probably enigmatic to some and to others perfectly understandable.

I do want to interject something. If one of the U.S. coasts is hit with a significant tsunami in the near future, I am guessing that it can be blamed on Russia or on a natural underwater earthquake completely dependent on what the agenda is at the time, i.e. desired war with Russia? It is interesting to me that both Popular Mechanics and Business Insider seem to downplay the significance of this real threat in their articles.
